They don't help you immediately. They just use this to deflect you and kick the can down the road so the next poison has to deal with you

hi, my navigator requires payment, although I paid for it
I cannot get into my account, I was on the line with an agent & he said my password worked, it did not for me, they told me that my free trial was over & I only use the app to look for truck stops, do reviews, update the weigh stations, etc. I have had this same account for close to 4 years & have accumulated over 60,000 points, now it's just gone, & I have emails proving that I had troubles in the past (from 2021 & 2022) I sent snapshots of them, that's when they said I do have an account, but I still can't get in, I cleaned up the app, my phone, etc. restarted my phone, still nothing, can someone please help? 🤷♀️🤦♀️
I'm not sure why getting charged for this account I only tried it for the first week and decided not to use the app
