    I cannot get into my account, I was on the line with an agent & he said my password worked, it did not for me, they told me that my free trial was over & I only use the app to look for truck stops, do reviews, update the weigh stations, etc. I have had this same account for close to 4 years & have accumulated over 60,000 points, now it's just gone, & I have emails proving that I had troubles in the past (from 2021 & 2022) I sent snapshots of them, that's when they said I do have an account, but I still can't get in, I cleaned up the app, my phone, etc. restarted my phone, still nothing, can someone please help? 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
