Cancel your Membership Subscription

Google Play Store

  1. Open the Google Store Play app.
  2. Tap the three horizontal lines at the top left to open the menu.
  3. Choose Account > Purchase History.
  4. Find Trucker Path and tap 'Refund'.
  5. Tap 'Yes', the app will be uninstalled, and your money will be refunded.
  6. You should get an email about the refund and it will say Canceled next to the app in your Order History.

Apple App Store

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap the first row that has your name on it (with Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store' beneath your name.
  3. Tap 'Subscriptions'.
  4. Click into Trucker Path and select 'Cancel Subscription'.

Non-In App Purchase

For purchases made on our website or with our sales team, please email support@truckerpath.com with the original receipt and title the subject line "Membership Cancellation Request". We'll process your request as soon as we can.

    Trucker Path does not show up on my Subscriptions page of the Google Play page, but I get charged $10 a month from you guys.
